‘Trending upwards:’ Gunner Kinniburgh’s growth bolsters Huskies’ D corps

His hockey brain and his hockey sense are elite, in my opinion … He just continues to trend upwards.

He’s one guy who, honestly, at the start of the year, we projected him to be where he is because we knew he was going to be committed to doing the things he needed to do to continue to develop.

Kinniburgh has a goal and nine assists for 10 points, along with 18 penalty minutes, in 19 games this season.
