“The reason that we chose this property is for its microclimate. Because we’re on the escarpment, it gives us a bit more sun in the summer … as well as in the fall, we’ll get frost which will help finish off the plants,” he said.
“It’d be fenced in with security cameras, locks on all the doors, it would just be much smaller scale, as well,” he said. “There are no houses within a 500-metre radius of the garden.
