Green, a third-round pick of the Dallas Cowboys in 2015, spent last season with the Indianapolis Colts.
The projected starters at tackle this season are Chuks Okorafor, who is switching from right tackle to left, and Zach Banner, who is returning from an ACL tear that limited him to one game last season.
Last year, though, Ingram was limited to seven games because of knee injuries, and he failed to record a sack.
