Recent introductions include a seasoning salt, which features flecks of black truffle, and a white truffle oil, which is formulated as a finishing oil with olive oil-infused white winter truffles.
“Truff is all about flavor exploration and reimagination,” said Nick Ajluni, co-founder and co-chief executive officer at Truff in August 2022.
It contains 15 grams of protein per serving, 8 grams of fiber, and has prebiotics, according to the company.
