The spate of fatal, gang-related violence may have been triggered on April 18, when 31-year-old Harpreet Singh Dhaliwal was gunned down outside Cardero’s restaurant in Vancouver.
Three days later, another man was shot and killed in broad daylight outside of the Langley Sportsplex.
Last Sunday, Karman Grewal was shot and killed in broad daylight at Vancouver International Airport, in what’s been described as a brazen execution police say was tied to the ongoing gang conflict.
