Miami-Dade police said a dispute outside the home resulted in gunfire, which struck 3-year-old Elijah LaFrance and a 21-year-old woman, WFOR reported.
Authorities are offering up to $5,000 in reward money for information that leads to an arrest in the case, police said in a news release.
