Maxville Christmas market and craft show makes a triumphant return | The Kingston Whig Standard

Before the noon hour, it was already pretty clear to event organizer Audrey Evans that it would be drawing big numbers— for the first time since 2019.

“It’s close to Christmas, people are in the spirit of the holidays,” said Evans.

Evans said it was a full hall on Sunday, with about 30 vendors in all, and lots of familiar faces displaying their products, but with some newcomers, too.

The Dubois made a big change in June, purchasing the building on Main Street South in Maxville where the Village Quilt Shoppe had been operating.

Chamber initiatives include the summer sidewalk sale, Santa Claus Parade, and the Maxville Farmers’ Market, with the season beginning in May and concluding in early October.
