When his home in Hagley Road West was raided police found 33 cannabis plants, worth between £10,000 and £33,000, in an upstairs bedroom.
He admitted two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Both men went on to admit possessing drug with intent to supply, with Pagett also pleading guilty to dangerous driving.
He refused to co-operate with cops, and refused a scan.
