This is the frustrating part of being around armchair GMs. If a career is derailed by injuries, kid was a horrible pick and thousands are yelling “I knew that would happen! Fire the GM!”.

but when he speaks he’s well spoken, seems like a nice kid but, and this is something I don’t think I ever saw in Sanchez or Darnold, Wilson seems to have a glint in his eye, a bit of energy, even an edge that his predecessors lacked.

I forget who it was, but one of the coaches mentioned playing Crowder in the slot, and on the outside which I was happy to hear.

The perfect example is the Broncos and Dolphins with Javonte Williams. When the Broncos traded up 1 pick in front of the Dolphins to get him, a Dolphins scout texted the Broncos, to let them know they had just sniped their pick.

Now, all he has to do is win games, to change the mindset, from loveable losers, to daunting winners.
