“The 2022 Cobourg Farmers’ Market is gearing up for a phenomenal season,” said Lauren Quinto, board chair of the Cobourg Farmers’ Market Association .
The market – which is located at Cobourg’s Rotary Harbourfront Park area, at the foot of Second and Albert streets in the downtown – will return every Saturday for the season after opening day until November.
New vendors this year include: Toller Pizza, Smashed Patties, Robin’s Nest Farm, and Growing Good Co., the board has confirmed.
In attendance will be Cobourg Mayor John Henderson, Town Crier Mandy Robinson, Northumberland-Peterborough South MP Philip Lawrence, Cobourg Coun.
For the 2022 season, the board has also announced it is introducing a monthly “Artisan Market,” which will run on the third Saturday of each month.
