In 2019, a new legislative requirement came into effect in B.C., requiring local governments to collect data, analyze trends and prepare reports that describe current and projected housing needs in their communities.
This survey will further help clarify the city’s draft housing needs assessment and help in understanding the current as well as the future housing need of residents.
