It’s survived name changes, management changes, COVID, and in 2019, the far-too-early passing of its organizer and chief cheerleader, Laurel Burnham.
Then under the new management team headed by Frances Callaghan in 2019 it became the Artisans Christmas Craft Fair.
But what it lacks in naming consistency it makes up for in popularity.
And now, after serious COVID downsizing in 2020, the market will once again feel a bit more “normal” for 2021.
“And we have to be at 50% capacity levels.
And every single person through the door must wear a mask and show their vaccine passport.
“We’re basically a flow-through market, and that’s why we can put it on,” said Callaghan.
Admission is $3 for a single day or $5 for a three-day pass, and part of the proceeds will go to the BC Cancer Society.
However, if you can’t make it this weekend, you do get another chance.
