Grimes’ slide out of the entire draft was a head-scratching development, as I thought he would go as high as the 2nd round and only as low as the 4th round.
He may not be the greatest route runner, but Grimes is a beast in contested catch situations, and he dominated SEC defensive backs in 2020.
Grimes had a solid Pro Day too, so I really did not expect him to not be drafted.
Grimes may have gone undrafted, but I think the Eagles struck gold with their newly acquired wide receiver.
