305 Farms has planted roots about 30 miles west of Kalamazoo near Lawrence, a small Michigan village along I-94.
The company will recycle 95% of the water used in growing its plants, Vice President of Business Development Mitchell Maltz said.
The company will be the “largest single-stack facility,” in Michigan, Maltz said.
