Rosetti ripped off the door handle then started walking back to his truck when Boersma got out of his Nissan Versa with a Glock 9mm handgun and fired multiple shots at him.
Investigators said that Boersma admitted to shooting Rossetti because he did not know what he might have in his truck, and he was scared for his girlfriend and baby who were also in the car.
