TobaGrown to launch not-for-profit cannabis products in Manitoba | Winnipeg Sun

The federal Cannabis Act allows adults of legal age in their province or territory to grow as many as four plants per residence for personal use, but each jurisdiction has its own rules.

“All of TobaGrown’s profits will be used to fund our legal bills for our cases, with all remaining profits being donated to multiple local and national charities,” company founder Jesse Lavoie said in a statement.

The first one to be rolled out will be, fittingly, TobaRolls, a three-pack of 0.5-gram pre-rolls.

“CannMart believes strongly in the democratization of cannabis for all Canadians,” said Daniel Stern, CEO of CannMart.
