Taiba Investments Co. signed a hotel management agreement with London-listed InterContinental Hotels Group to operate the four-star Crowne Plaza Taiba Hotel & Suites in Riyadh, which is owned by Al Aqeeq Real Estate Development Co., a fully-owned subsidiary of Taiba.
