Harris Farm Markets announces its first Gold Coast store

The famed local produce and grocery market opened its first store in Queensland in Brisbane’s Clayfield in November last year and will open its flagship store in West Village at West End mid this year.

“The Gold Coast holds a special place in our hearts, given we have spent so much time there as a family on holidays and to now be able to open on the Isle of Capri, in the heart of a city that values their fresh fruit, vegetables and food stores so highly, is really exciting.

Harris Farm Markets is home to more than 3,000 employees across 23 stores.

In November 2020, Harris Farm Markets opened its first store in Queensland, after 30 years away from the state, and the store just happened to be the original one! Harris Farm opened at the site of the former Clayfield Markets on Sandgate Road.
