Council Vice President Dave France made the initial request to return to the pre-COVID 19 meeting plan at the April 13 meeting in order for residents to feel more relaxed get answers to their questions once their three minutes were up.
Councilman Matt Shaughnessy said he was concerned about exposure and suggested waiting to reopen the meetings publicly until the state or county relaxes its rules on such indoor gatherings.
