The confiscation order was made by Cheshire Constabulary’s Economic Crime Unit, who worked with Warrington’s Local Policing Unit after Goodier pleaded guilty to drugs offences.
Shortly before 4pm on Sunday October 11th Goodier approached an unmarked police vehicle in a car park on Sharp Street in an attempt to supply the officer with cannabis.
