The company, established in 1966, specializes in beef from cattle that are “fed a superior diet rich in Midwestern corn initiating marbling, which is complemented by proper aging.
In addition to meats, the store sells chicken and seafood, makes bread, carries Amish meats and cheeses from Walnut Creek, makes in-house made ham and chicken salads and cheese spreads and carries meatloaf and meatballs.
The market held a soft opening in July, during the height of the pandemic.
