Jeter’s home in the Davis Islands section of Tampa sold for $22.5 million, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
The sale breaks the record of $16.7 million for a home in The Oaks subdivision in Thonotosassa, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Jeter’s property in Tampa sits on 1.25 acres with 345 feet of open bay frontage, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported.
While no ownership of the Delaware-registered company was disclosed, the box on the deed is the same one Jeter listed on his Tampa mansion he owns under his own name.
