Such words do not of course relieve the party relying on them from the obligation to be transparent and fair, but in any event in my judgement, here, the natural reading of these words and clauses relating to “rules of the games” in context, suggests that the “rules and procedures” are referring to the mechanics of play � the “how to” and the set-up of the various games.
It is not adequate to describe a powerful exclusion clause within the phrase “including but not limited to rules describing how to play�and any other rules governing particular game, event and tournament” and cannot bear the weight the Defendant wishes to place upon it.
